Terms of Service

Simplified Summary

  • Lawful use only. Do not use GeoCeptor to commit fraud, break the law, or violate third-party terms of service.
  • No warranties. We provide the app "as is". We can't guarantee it will successfully bypass every website's detection forever.
  • Subscriptions. Payments are handled by Apple. Cancellations and refunds must go through the App Store.
  • Responsibility. You are entirely responsible for how you use the location spoofing capabilities.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the GeoCeptor application, Safari extension, or companion software ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GeoCeptor and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of GeoCeptor.

3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

GeoCeptor is a privacy and testing utility designed to modify the broadcasted geolocation, timezone, and network signatures of your device. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  • To engage in fraud, identity theft, or deceptive practices.
  • To violate the terms of service, user agreements, or policies of third-party platforms, websites, or applications (including but not limited to streaming services, dating applications, and ride-sharing networks).
  • To interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your actions while using the Service and for any consequences that may arise from spoofing your location.

4. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Refunds

Certain features of GeoCeptor require an active premium subscription or one-time purchase ("Pro Features").

  • Billing: All payments are securely processed and managed by Apple via the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Cancellations and Refunds: Because all transactions are processed by Apple, you must manage cancellations and request refunds directly through your Apple ID account settings. GeoCeptor cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that GeoCeptor will successfully bypass or evade detection by all third-party websites or applications, as location verification methods and anti-spoofing technologies are constantly evolving.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GEOCEPTOR, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY; OR (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
